IPS PUBLICATIONS

IPS produces issue briefings and fact sheets about substance abuse-related problems and policy based solutions that can be advanced through the Environmental Change Model. These documents are intended for the use of community members, public officials, business people, law enforcement agencies, parents or youth groups, or other who are interested in changing the conditions in the environment that lead to the abuse of alcohol and other drugs.
